Refund policy

We take great care in creating, inspecting, and packing every order. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to support you.

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items received.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • As all items are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or detailing are not considered defects.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
