Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items received.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

As all items are handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, or detailing are not considered defects.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
