• Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 8–10 working days.

• Custom or made-to-order products: Require 1 to 1.5 months for creation and dispatch.

• Customers must place custom orders at least 1.5 months in advance to ensure timely delivery.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message.
